Our room was spacious and clean, with a beautifully comfortable bed that helped us recharge after a long day.

i stayed three nights with my family and was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was compared to my last visit in cancun. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and dining options. the room was cozy and clean, and breakfast offered comforting choices that hit the spot.

I found the room to be big with comfortable beds, which made for decent nights' sleep. However, the pool area left a lot to be desired. it felt uninviting and could definitely use some remodeling. The recliners weren't comfortable, and adding some music and snacks around the pool would enhance the atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast offered was satisfactory but basic, not much variety. The biggest issue was dealing with hotel policies that felt quite rigid, particularly in terms of guests not being allowed to access rooms. This made socializing tricky and left a bad taste.

Enjoyed my three-night stay in a cozy standard double room. Unexpectedly found a lovely local café just a 15-minute walk away for perfect morning brews. The spaciousness of the room was a delightful surprise, and the friendly front desk staff made check-in simple. Just know to bring your own coffee supplies!

Clean room near the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Lacked basic amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave. Great local bus access.

Hotel Calypso Cancun is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The lobby is welcoming and has a lovely bar area. I appreciated the clean, comfortable rooms and the attentive staff who made my stay enjoyable.

Shower water pressure could be improved for comfort.

The hotel lobby was welcoming with an awesome bartender who knew how to make a good drink. The beds in the room were comfortable and the staff were helpful when I had questions.
